Crest White Strips contain hydrogen peroxide as the active ingredient to help get your teeth pearly white. Hydrogen peroxide for whitening is generally considered safe, but it can cause some tooth sensitivity. While it’s probably safe to whiten your teeth during pregnancy, most obstetrical and dental professional organizations recommend avoiding cosmetic dental procedures while pregnant.

Be sure to brush twice daily, floss daily, and see your dentist for a cleaning twice a year. You can whiten all you want after you have your baby!
