Jumping on a trampoline while pregnant isn’t recommended, as the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists recommends avoiding activities 1 that have an increased risk of falling during pregnancy to prevent injury to the pregnant person and the baby. 

Aside from the risk of falling, jumping on a trampoline presents risks to the musculoskeletal system of the pregnant person. Pregnancy itself is associated with increased bladder neck mobility, decreased pelvic floor muscle strength, and increased pelvic organ descent 2 . If you add the demand from the impact of jumping on the trampoline 3 , it could increase your risk of urinary and fecal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and pain.
