Yes, you can take Tylenol while breastfeeding.

Tylenol, AKA acetaminophen, is often the go-to for relieving aches, pains and that oh-so-annoying headache that just won't quit. According to multiple studies 1 , only a small amount of this drug makes its way into breast milk. And good news, this tiny amount doesn't seem to have any negative effects on little ones.

So if you're feeling under the weather and need a little pain relief, don't worry! Tylenol is generally considered safe while breastfeeding. But remember, when it comes to any medication, it's always best to check in with your healthcare provider to make sure it's the right choice for you. Because at the end of the day, your health and your baby's health are the top priority!
